SPACE RENTAL
Miriam's Dance Studio is available for rental for many different activities. Small intimate events work well within our space. 950 square feet. Events such as baby showers, bridal showers, photo shoot, dance, cheer classes, workshops, lunch and learns, trainings, small bible studies, church events, etc.
Please note (no exceptions!):

No church services with keyboards, drums, microphones. No weddings. No DJ’s, alcohol, smoking/vaping or violence not permitted. Bluetooth speakers only.

Only 45-50 guests can fit in the space. We allow outside catering but no open flames. Keep in mind this is a suite so other tenants are in the building.

You will be required to put a 10 percent non refundable deposit, sign a space rental agreement and ensure your guests follow the guidelines. Space rental insurance is required at minimal costs and we will provide insurance info for a quote.

Inquiring about the space and date does not guarantee the rental. We strive to create a respectful and welcoming environment for all who use our space as well as our landlord. No exceptions to our guidelines!
